Como consequ\u00eancia, as prefeituras recebem notas baixas, o que prejudica a imagem da gest\u00e3o e a confiabilidade dos cidad\u00e3os no governo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Como a CGU realiza a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das entidades p\u00fablicas <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para coletar os dados, respons\u00e1veis da Controladoria-Geral da Uni\u00e3o solicitam informa\u00e7\u00f5es aos entes, de forma an\u00f4nima. Em geral, s\u00e3o feitas quatro perguntas sobre os seguintes temas: sa\u00fade, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, assist\u00eancia social e regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 feita ainda uma pesquisa nos sites oficiais para verificar o cumprimento das normas &#8211; <\/span><b>o link para o Portal deve estar na p\u00e1gina inicial do site. <\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>O que os Servidores devem saber para preencher o Portal da Transpar\u00eancia?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O preenchimento de dados \u00e9 dividido em nove t\u00f3picos principais. S\u00e3o eles:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e Financeira<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Licita\u00e7\u00f5es, Contratos e Conv\u00eanios<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contato<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contracheque<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atividade-fim &#8211; Consulta ao Andamento Processual<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SIC 0 Servi\u00e7o de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao Cidad\u00e3o\/Ouvidoria<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publica\u00e7\u00e3o Anual do SIC<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentro desses t\u00f3picos h\u00e1 ainda outros itens, totalizando em 250 campos que ser\u00e3o utilizados para a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da CGU. \u00c9 importante ressaltar que <\/span><b>todos os itens devem ser preenchidos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pois <\/span><b>quanto mais compromisso cada respons\u00e1vel pelo Portal tiver, melhor ser\u00e1 a nota da prefeitura.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Controladoria-Geral da Uni\u00e3o disponibilizou um manual completo e atualizado para auxiliar no preenchimento do Portal da Transpar\u00eancia. Nele, voc\u00ea encontra todos os dados que devem ser disponibilizados e a explica\u00e7\u00e3o de cada um deles. <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnmp.mp.br\/portal\/images\/stories\/Destaques\/Publicacoes\/manual_da_transparencia_versao_final.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clique aqui <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para acessar!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, para que o servidor respons\u00e1vel por esse setor da prefeitura esteja apto e entenda as leis de Transpar\u00eancia \u00e9 seu <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/canalabertobrasil.com.br\/ministerio-da-transparencia-lanca-politica-de-capacitacao-e-desenvolvimento-de-servidores\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">direito e dever<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> realizar capacita\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Praia Grande \u00e9 um dos 31 munic\u00edpios de Santa Catarina a tirar nota 10<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na segunda avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Ranking Nacional da Transpar\u00eancia, divulgada em 2016, Santa Catarina foi um dos destaques.
